Aberdeen Property Investors is the specialist property division of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, a global investment management group listed on the London Stock Exchange. As at 30 June 2008, Aberdeen Property Investors managed over £24.5 billion of property assets in Europe, Asia and North America through property funds and separate account mandates. The division has more than 800 employees at offices across Europe, as well as in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.

We offer a range of direct property, pooled funds and multi-manager property investment products for clients around the world. Our specialist property teams have expertise across all categories of property, enabling us to satisfy client needs whether they are direct or indirect, public or private, domestic or international, real or synthetic. We will develop the right solution, together with each investor, and provide it on time to internationally accepted standards of accuracy and professionalism.
