Aberdeen Property Investors is the specialist property division of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, a global investment management group listed on the London Stock Exchange, which manages around £146 billion of assets in equities, fixed income and property.

Aberdeen Property Investors manages around £23 billion of property assets in Europe, Asia and North America through property funds and separate account mandates.

Clients are solely third party clients and primarily institutional investors, such as life insurers and pension funds. They are served by some 600 people at offices in 13 European countries, and in Singapore.

Our mission is to facilitate domestic and international investment exposure to property by offering a comprehensive range of investment products and services. These are all supported by a rigorous investment process, best-in-class research and local active management.

We offer a range of direct property, pooled funds and multi-manager property investment products for clients around the world. Our specialist property teams have expertise across all categories of property, enabling us to satisfy client needs whether they are direct or indirect, public or private, domestic or international, real or synthetic. We will develop the right solution, together with each investor, and provide it on time to internationally accepted standards of accuracy and professionalism. Aberdeen Property Investors accounts for some 16% of the group assets under management for Aberdeen Asset Management PLC which is a dedicated asset management group managing assets for both institutions and private individuals from offices around the world.
