Aberdeen Property UK Retail Parks Trust

The purpose of the UK Retail Parks Trust is to invest in a portfolio of high quality UK retail parks of more than 10,000 square metres, with opportunities to add value through active asset management.

The Fund aims to provide a geared target return of 1% over the IPD Annual Retail Warehouse Index, on an annualised three year basis.
