This fund offers broad exposure to the Swedish property market for investors seeking efficient diversification of their total asset portfolio.

The balanced, well-diversified and actively managed portfolio is aimed at attaining a volume of SEK 2-5 billion in total capital over time by means of regular issues of fund units. The fund is designed for Swedish and international investors seeking the benefits of efficient diversification and active management of their property exposure.

The fund’s goal is to build up a balanced and well-diversified core+ portfolio comprising four segments, namely, office, outlets/retail, residential and warehouse/logistics properties. The allocation strategy is aimed at generating a consistently stable return and long-term value growth for investors and outperforming the Swedish Property Index’ (‘SFI/IPD’) annual total return (‘standing investments’).
