Aberdeen Property Fund Norway II ASA

A property fund designed to invest in a diversified portfolio of commercial properties in Norway.

The Fund invests in the Norwegian market with a core+ to value-added strategy. The portfolio is diversified with respect to regions, segments, risk characteristics, compositions of tenants and length of lease contracts. The target long-term return on equity is 12 - 14% per annum after management fees and fund taxes.
