Aberdeen Property Nordic Fund I

This is an open-ended fund with core investment profile, investing in a well-diversified portfolio of Nordic commercial property and concentrating on established property locations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark with a good growth potential. The fund is exclusively tailored to the requirements of institutional investors and qualifies as a special fund. Its shares should be imputable to the premium reserve of German insurance companies.

The target return (IRR) is 7-8% and target dividend is 5-6%, both before individual tax.
