Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark

This is designed to invest in commercial properties in Denmark, with a focus on office properties in the Greater Copenhagen Area.

As as March 2009 the equity amounts to approximately DKr 2.0 billion (EUR 273 million). The value of the portfolio is DKr 5.4 billion (EUR 726 million), with a target gearing of 60-65% in the long term.

The number of investors totals 43 limited partners. The fund is structured as a partnership in which each shareholder is liable only for the capital contributed. Aberdeen Property Investors Denmark A/S manages the fund.
